With more than a Decade of practicing and teaching Pilates, Bahar has Created RED Pilates to address the needs of our modern time for Core stabilization and coordination.

This Adaptation of Joseph Pilates’s original “Pilates” exercise routine emphasizes:

  • Focus on moving from an anatomical standing position which resembles everyday physical activity
  • Breath control to increase oxygenation throughout the body
  • Focused muscle contraction in different ranges of movement
  • Reinforcing weight bearing capacity of the spine and the extremities
  • Heart rate increase beyond conventional Pilates routines (i.e. mostly mat work)
  • Turning the attention inwards to create Body awareness and take attention away from the cluttered mind
