RED Yoga

Bahar has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for more than 17 years and has been teaching it for more than 15 years. She has completed the Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher’s training in London with David Swenson, one of the world’s foremost practitioners and instructors of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Often referred to as ‘Power Yoga’ this Invigorating form of Yoga combines Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga to create a practice form which contributes to:

  • Mental calm, clarity of mind & focus
  • Increased stamina
  • Increased functional flexibility
  • Stability and strength
  • Incredible body control and precision of movement
  • Increased muscle tone & size

Through diligent practice of postures which form the basis of this powerful form ( Sun Salutations 1 and 2) the body is prepared to go through a long series of challenging yet energizing routines called the “Primary Series”.
